They did not disappoint—each one was a chef's kiss! I sampled the Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Chip, M&M, Butter Crunch, and Oatmeal Raisin, and I was blown away by how soft and chewy they were! The sales associate really made us wait while he forgot to put his cookies in the oven, even though there was a whole stock sitting on the counter. Whoever left him alone should be held accountable. Customers shouldn't have to wait for him to bake when there is already product available for sale. If this is not the store policy, then we are just left waiting unnecessarily.
