Not a great experience. The building itself is a charming oldie worldie structure, but it feels tired and like it needs some TLC. We booked food for 7.15pm. It is pretty expensive and the menu is limited. Cheapest bottle of wine was c.£26 (remember it is a pub at the end of the day). We eventually got served our food over an hour later. They did explain they had a big party in and as a result, a fair amount of the menu had sold out (including what we both wanted). They did automatically discount the bill, which is fair enough. The customer service was mixed. It was ok in the evening. However, at breakfast the young lad was pleasant enough. The lady, however, barely spoke to us, let alone a ‘...
