I want to comment the whole staff yesterday May 3rd when the online coupon for free chicken club sandwich expired. It was a circus with customers coming and overwhelming the staff. While the wait was extraordinarily delayed more than usual (I waited an hour), the gracious workers let all customers know the delay and smiled and politely replied while inconsiderate customers demanded and rudely acted out on things that are beyond anyone's control. Yesterday was completely out of the norm of a typical The Habit meal as I have been a loyal customer for years now. No complaints here. I grew up with In n Out, so when I had my first Habit burger I didn't care much for it. The more I come here though, the more I like the burger. Not sure why. It's like Disneyland the more I go, the more I like it. The meat tastes fresh, the lettuce and tomatoes are fresh. I don't care much for the hamburger buns, but they let me substitute for sourdough bread. I LOVE sourdough. Service is ok, nothing special just a fast food joint. There's always people at Habit. It can get really crowded, so get the app and pre-order. The dining area is always clean and comfy. HAPPY BURGERING!!
Had a solid meal here. Came here after the gym and had a grilled chicken salad, chicken Cesar salad, and some onion rings. The onion rings were ON POINT! So delicious and hot. The salad was full of lots of iceberg lettuce, topped with veggies, and a minuscule amount of chicken. Overall, I would get the salad again but without the chicken since the chicken was a minuscule amount. The veggies were very fresh. The service was friendly. The restaurant was clean. Next time I will also get a burger.
