I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered the beef gyro platter and the falafel sandwich, but the beef gyro tasted like jerky and the falafel was also quite dry. The pita bread was stale as well. I tried the hibiscus lemonade, but it tasted like warm, overly sweet iced tea mix concentrate. There seems to be a lack of quality control here. This was my third time visiting, and I've been giving them a chance because I really want to like this place, but I can't see myself coming back to Yonkers anymore. Honestly, it's worth the drive to 53rd and 5th, even if it means waiting in line.
I absolutely love this place! My favorite dish is the chicken over rice plate. What's even better is that every time I visit, I'm greeted by the same server, whom I believe is named Trinica. She is always so kind and helpful, never showing any attitude or hesitation. She's definitely a great employee, and this is a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal!
The food is very tasty but it was this black big girl with glasses on. She was very unprofessional and bad attitude. I told her I didn?t want vegetables with my order. She staring sharing her head, rolling her eyes, and talking underneath her breath. I would say she needs more training on dealing with customers or customers services. Thank you.

This is not the same halal guys from The CITY. It tastes weird. First time I thought it was the sauce from the bottle. So I decided to give them another try. I paid extra and got the packaged sauce no difference at all. Terrible guys. Please serve some quality food. Don?t ruin the brand for the real Halal Guys!!!
The two chocolate chip cookies are delightfully soft and warm—nearly perfect! The rice in the Chicken Beef Gyro Platter is cooked to perfection, neither too mushy nor too firm. I also appreciate that they offer extra packets of white sauce. I truly love their food!
I rated it three stars due to the small portion for the price. This was my first time trying Halal Guys, so I can't compare it to other locations, but the meat was really flavorful, especially the lamb.
The Savory Herb Beef Falafel Platter was absolutely delicious, and the serving size was very generous! I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.
