I am really impressed with this new vegan food truck! They offer a variety of unique flavors in their empanadas, both savory and sweet options, as well as loaded tater tots and a jackfruit version of a fried chicken sandwich that is so delicious it often sells out. The owner even added a quinoa chili to the menu when I asked about vegan and gluten-free options. Just be aware that the tater tots are fried in the same fryer as the empanadas, so there is a risk of cross-contamination. Overall, I give this truck 5 stars.
My husband and I recently went to the first Long Island Vegan Popup and found limited food options available. Fortunately, the Happy Pig was still open! We tried the sausage peppers empanadas, which was the only non-dessert option left as the rest were sold out. Despite the smaller size than expected, the empanadas were delicious and not too spicy. The price was reasonable, so no complaints there. We are excited to go back and try more items from their menu in the future!

I ordered the mini quesadilla, which surprisingly wasn't small at all, but it was delicious. I also ordered the Buffalo chick'n but was given the non-spicy version, so I missed the heat. Despite that, the meal was good overall. I especially enjoyed the fries that came with it, they were really tasty! The vegan shop has a cute vibe and offers cool treats and snacks. I will definitely return in the future.

I ordered the mini-quadilla that, ironic wasn't mini, but it was good. I ordered the Buffalo-Kick’n and was given the without the Buffalo sauce so that I definitely missed the heat, but overall it was good! I also loved that it came with riders who were really delicious! it is a sweet vegan shop with cool tasty and snacks. I'm going back to the finals.
