Lovely pub with a nice relaxing atmosphere. The Sunday Lunches are amazing. If I really had to fault it which is difficult) it would be the waiting time for both the main and dessert. Approximately 45 mins for the main course and 20 minutes for the dessert. Both well worth the wait though. Advisable to book as it was very busy. Will be returning very soon.
Lovely atmosphere in a very cosy, welcoming pub. Food (Sunday trio) was delicious. Good portion size, hot when it arrived. Had the mini pud and coffee to finish. Again good sized portion. Enough to make it worthwhile without being overfaced. Helpful, friendly service from our server, Karen.
The pub itself is lovely, good staff The food was not good, I returned my pie as it was very dry and congealed. My veg were cold. Other meals were disappointing. Pizza tonnes of cheese, not well cooked. Burger was ok but chips were cold, fish was ok but chips were cold.
The service at this restaurant was excellent - friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious, especially the lamb I ordered. This was our third visit and we really enjoy dining in this lovely pub restaurant with beautiful views. Book a table now
The food and service at this restaurant are always top-notch, and the view is beautiful. A big thanks to Sophie and Josh for their warm welcome, and to Danny and Andrew for the delicious food.
Last week, we visited the restaurant for a quiz night. The food was outstanding, the quiz was hosted excellently by Sophie, and Jacob provided quick service at the bar.
