The Hungry Monk - Table reservation

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, but it turned out to be an amazing discovery. We were greeted warmly and given a menu that seemed never-ending. I decided to try the chicken skewer, which came with flatbread and salad, as well as a choice of potatoes or rice. I opted for the dauphinoise potatoes and they were a delicious meal on their own. They consisted of tender sliced potatoes topped with cheese, and were absolutely tasty. My husband went for the gammon, topped with two fried eggs and served with salad and a choice of potatoes. He went for chips. We normally skip dessert, but I couldn't resist the Nutella and Crunchie sundae, while my husband chose the apple and blackberry crum...

Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, we enjoyed our experience so much that we returned the next night and were once again impressed. This restaurant is truly a wonderful place to dine.

in general, I am a great fan of nautical-themed places, especially nautical-themierte pubs and bars. in fact, my favorite pub is all over the world.

I like this pub in a few off-time, while in southport was just during the day tho so had not the chance to watch the live bands when we were.
