Just want to share my experience to help others.Went here for breakfast with some out of town friends last weekend.We were on a bit of a time crunch so we ordered food as soon as we sat down (about 9am . Time passed with no update from our server on when our food would be out... we watch people who walked in after us (even one lady who walked in when we did all get their food (about 9:45 ...Still no word or update from our server... we tried to brush it off as them being busy or whatever... but each of us only ordered toast, potatoes, eggs and bacon... we finally were able to grab our server (around 10... who said yeah, I was thinking your food was taking a bit... let me check on that... she...
Went for Brunch today at 11:30am. Very limited food options. The food was not very warm or fresh. We had to go find our server who was just hanging out at the bar inside to get refills, our table cleared, etc. (at one point there were 4 plates and 2 glasses piled up on our table before I had to request they be removed). They were out of Sugar Splenda for my ice tea and Plain Bagels. The omelet maker added salt and pepper to my omelet without asking if I wanted it (it made the omelet inedible) ? The shrimp cocktail caused me major stomach disturbances. The table next to us left after their singular trip through the buffet. THEN... they had the nerve to automatically include a 20% gratuity ont...
First timers: The food was decent, not knock your socks off we gotta go back soon type of food, but decent!! The decor was sweet but our server NEVER check in with us after we received our food, no drink/ water refills until we stopped another server to ask him for water and it was dead so no excuses..Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for vegetarians!Parking: Validate (at the restaurant) your parking pass for the orange street parking garage..Wheelchair accessibility: Easily wheelchair accessible!!Dietary restrictions: Wide variety of options from vegetarian to full range
We dined at the Sunday brunch buffet on the terrace and really appreciated the ambiance; it was clean and beautifully arranged. The service was excellent! Our server, Cade, was both attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to the rest of the experience. Like others have mentioned, the hot dishes were only lukewarm, and while everything looked appealing, the taste fell short. The highlight was definitely the omelette station. There are better brunch options in Lancaster, but it was worth the experience.

My husband and I were strolling through downtown, looking for a spot to have dinner when we came across this restaurant. The food and drinks were quite good. The hot wings were fantastic, and my fries and French dip had a generous amount of meat, which I really enjoyed. My husband ordered a dish with clams and shrimp, and he was pleased with it as well. We were happy that we decided to try this place, and we'll definitely come back again in the future. The atmosphere was very pleasant, too.
I recently visited the restaurant with my mom, and although it was nearly empty, we waited 45 minutes for an egg sandwich and a small bowl of soup. The waitress didn’t check on us during the wait and didn’t apologize for the delay. By the time the soup arrived, it was cold. She also didn’t ask if we needed refills, even though our glasses were empty. While the egg sandwich was good and the atmosphere was nice, the poor service makes us unlikely to return.
Not great. The buffet brunch was at best mediocre. The food was typical brunch fare—eggs, potatoes, biscuits—but all served lukewarm. There was also a limited selection. On top of that, it was quite overpriced for the quality. To make matters worse, I spotted a mouse in the trash can.
I recently enjoyed lunch at the Imperial and it's great to have a new lunch spot in Downtown Lancaster. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly. They offer a nice lunch menu too. I highly recommend dining at one of their outdoor tables!

The desserts were absolutely fantastic; we tried the New York cheesecake and the carrot cake. Our server was attentive and provided perfect service. We went back for breakfast the next day, and the food was just as excellent and fresh.
