I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and had a fantastic experience. The meal was reasonably priced, falling in the $10–20 range per person. The food was excellent, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service was also commendable, rated at 4 out of 5, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was enjoyable as well, also receiving a 4 out of 5 rating. I highly recommend trying the fish dishes—they're definitely a highlight!
Great place to eat with a nice little sports bar, and very clean! Food is great, good friendly service, and not a long wait! Well worth the menu and drink prices for those who love Mexican food! Went back for at least the 4th time since my original review and the food is still just as good if not better and still friendly service in a timely fashion. Very clean nice place to eat! We visited this restaurant with a large group on a Monday evening. The service was impressive, especially considering we arrived without a reservation. The food was quite good; I ordered the spinach enchilada with sour cream sauce. It was enjoyable, though not exceptionally remarkable. If you're in Mineola, I definitely recommend trying this place. We visited yesterday 10/2 around 6pm and I didn't catch her name but the manager on duty was awesome and went out of her way to get my card to me that I left on the table. We were traveling, so about 4 hours from home and after a long tough day, her kindness was refreshing. Waitress and food were great! The food was acceptable, but it lacked flavor. We ordered the pork nachos, but they appeared to have been sitting out for some time. They were only warm at best, and the chips were soggy, which made them quite unappetizing.
The chips and dip arrived almost as soon as we were seated. Our waitress was friendly and kept my drink filled throughout the meal. The food was delicious, and the ice cream cone was a lovely touch.
