The staff at the restaurant need to better understand which Covid certificates are valid. Only fully vaccinated individuals can receive a certificate. I tried to explain this to the server, but she insisted on seeing the dates of our vaccinations. This caused a waste of time as we tried to show our vaccination records when the certificate we had shown was valid. Despite the beautiful day, the staff was rude when serving our coffee. I thanked them when the coffees were delivered and again when our afternoon tea was brought to the table, but they did not make eye contact, smile, or acknowledge our thanks. I visited Jindi Cafe for the first time today and I highly recommend it. If I could, I would give it 6 out of 5 stars. The menu caters to all tastes and dietary needs, including delicious cakes. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxed with a beautiful view of the countryside. I often take my 96-year-old father and husband who has MS on trips to different cafes, and this one is definitely among the best. Thank you for a lovely day.
I’m surprised at all the positive reviews. Yes the people are nice and they’re having a fair go. But the coffee was poor, the teacup was dirty and the scones were poor. The place is old fashioned but not in a good way. I don’t...enjoy writing unfavourable reviews but I was disappointed, it didn’t live up to what I’d read.
The JIndi Cafe was an unexpected find for us. We were exploring the area around Noojee, got a little lost and came across Jindivick. We stopped at the Cafe for a coffee, stayed for lunch and have been back three times since. Coffee is good,...the food is simple and wholesome and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

what a wonderful little landcafé, with beautiful coworkers, excellent service., and eating. omg, it was amazing. make sure they go hungry there because the portions are quite large and very favorable. I had the schnitzel burger who had a really generous chicken piece in it. recommend this picturesque little place.
This café offers a perfect ambiance with a beautiful view of the gentle hills. The staff was attentive to not only diners, but also telephone orders. The menu is wide-ranging and reasonably priced. The dishes are tasty, although nothing particularly exceptional - just good traditional fare.
We went a couple of times for a brew from our 3 day stay in Jindivick. Very friendly and welcoming staff both times, missed a third visit as place shut due to a power outage. Coffee was very good and on the hotter side which...we like. Yep well worth a visit
great staff, service is fantastic, eating is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. we had a booking for 15 and the personal could not help and accomodating. highly recommended!
