The customer service was amazing! Moe was my Guest Service Specialist (I believe that is the corporate title), she was kind, efficient and the consummate professional. I like to provide positive feedback to management because so much of what is communicated is negative. I spoke with Greg, one of the managers, and he was very friendly and receptive to my feedback.I have two cons:1. I ordered the shrimp, crab cluster boil with the Cajun butter sauce and it was extremely salty.2. This is not the environment for a more professional and/or middle age crowd. The music and atmosphere is similar to a lounge or night club. Based on this I will probably not patronize this location again.
Highly disappointed. I ordered online for pickup. Spent over $60 (including the tip) and they got my order WRONG. Couldn’t even eat my food after a long day at work. Ordered the juicy special wings, hot, all flats (which I had to pay extra to get) and not only did they ignore my “all flats” request, they gave me 3 flats and 7 big, steroid-looking drumsticks. Totally ruined my appetite. The other person I bought food for was able to eat what I got him. They only messed up what I ordered for myself. First and LAST time at this location. NEVER AGAIN! Can’t even get a simple order correct.
The juicy crab! Been to multiple locations in metro area and besides the one in Duluth this one is probably my fav. The wings were good and the steamed oysters with the juicy special was the best I’ve had. Loved the bartenders and she killed it with the peach dusse lemonadeIt can get crowded but the music was playing not too loud and the vibe was chill
I have been trying for 3 days to get in touch with someone regarding a large order for office staff. No one has ever answered the phone, and only one person returned my call. I left at least 5 messages, but it seems they have lost a $1000 customer for their company.

Our experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The server and staff were very friendly, the service was fast, and our order was perfect. We will definitely return when we are in the Atlanta area. Huge thanks to Mykiesha!
Keyshia was so sweet and attentive. My friend is in town from back home, so we stopped in to grab a quick bite. The service was excellent and the smile and margarita was definitely a plus
Great experience. Symone was our server she was very nice, down to earth and attentive. The food was fresh and tasty, we will be returning. Hopefully she can serve us again.
Fantastic food and service!!! Visiting from Minnesota and tried this spot. Stevie was our server and gave 5 star service. As the Terminator said, I'll be back!!!
