the Nepalese cuisine is one that I have to try again when we had the opportunity to try the kathamandu terrace and “authentic Nepalese cuisine” I was rather stolen. overall the take was good, I ate the naan brot as we got. the take away as cold naan brot is not good so I caught it while it was hot. we had the vindaloo and tikka masala, both of which were pretty good, I mean, I had better and I had worse, but overall it was decent. I have to go to Nepal to see how genuine Nepalese cuisine is, or maybe there will be another Nepali restaurant during our trip around Australia.
I accidentally found this restaurant and asked the chef for a traditional Nepalese meal, and he suggested the Far-Si Lamb. I was pleasantly surprised by the dish. It wasn't as rich as traditional Indian curries and was not too spicy. The Naan was slightly undercooked for my taste, but the lassi was thick and delicious. The service was quick and efficient. While it was a bit expensive for lunch ($25), it was reasonable for dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant.
for us brittle and other europeans it is a real tasty to find a Nepalese food. finding that was a pure joy. the attentive waitress and the new owner were both very friendly and offered explanation from some of the dishes. this is a BYO...restaurant and the helpful staff has removed me in the direction of the liqueur two minutes to get a few beers. both courses were beautiful, but be careful not to order too much, plentiful!
The customer service is attentive and friendly, making it extremely accommodating for those who enjoy flavor but can't handle spicy food. The dishes are full of aromatic herbs and spices, with generous portions. If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and go tonight - we will definitely be returning!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. I enjoyed the vegetarian Korma and the Dahl, both of which tasted amazing. The vegetarian Samosa was the best I've had, and the sauce was a wonderful complement to the meal.
the breakfast menu had many Japanese inspired aromen. fresh and delicious. great coffee and the lemon basketcake disc was amazing. all sweets and cakes baked on the ground.
Eating is always good here. sometimes they run on the menu that is a little annoying, but whatever they order is always good. just wish they served wein.
Being Indian- nepalese myself, I really loved the food here. Great cosy atmosphere.
