Tastefully decorated, easy going atmosphere. Varied menu. Complementary loaf of fresh bread was warm and soft. Varied selection of beers on tap.Table of 7. Meals all arrived together, were accurate and presented well. Crab cakes had a little kick and we couldn’t figure out if it was in the batter or dipping sauce. Steaks cooked as ordered. Southern green beans were perfectly bacon filled. Étouffée was delicious.Service was a little slow and used dishes were not collected from the table is the only reason it doesn’t get five stars.
Great food service. I had the “bowl” of gumbo which was delicious and was way more than enough to fill me! The owner even brought me a side of potato salad (which was also delicious and approved by Travis as well as myself to try after I jokingly told him the only thing the gumbo missed was boiled eggs. Very nice people and family friendly. I will eat here again!
We went this evening with friends, they seemed to enjoy their food but I had crawfish etouffe that was not good. Way too much salt and not even warm. The best part was the rice. Also the margarita machine was not working and in its place the **** Mary had too much celery salt making it undrinkable so it got sent back. I don't plan to go back anytime soon.

Last night and eating was good! can't say the same about the hostess. we sat and never talked to her and I saw other people coming in and waiting for long time until they even knew they were there. she is the first impression of the restaurant and she did not seem like her job at all!
This restaurant is phenomenal. This is the second day and it was as good as the 1st. Beautiful restaurant and awesome customer service. Mr. Steve the owner is freaking awesome. Keep up the great work!!! I'm a chef and very picky so believe me when I say, EVERYTHING WAS GOOD!!!!
The blackened fish was excessively salty and I was unable to eat it. The restaurant only offered a 10% discount on my meal, which I found disappointing. My husband's food was just okay, as the batter on his fried shrimp was starting to come off.
Great burger, best in these parts. And the chicken and sausage gumbo is also best around here...closet to Cajun gumbo you gonna get.
