Ordered the fritters which weren 't nice (marshmallow texture). Set my plate to the side and waited on someone to come over. Would have been happy to order something else but no one came over even though we made eye contact with the waiters a number...of times and had the food clearly set aside to indicate we wanted service. No one came over until my partner finished his food and we set his plate to the side also. When a member of staff came to lift the plates, he asked how was everything and I said I didn 't like the food, and went to explain etc but he just at walled away, didn 't ask if I would like anything else or offer an alternative. Frankly the staff couldn 't have cared less.
After I had landed in Australia for the first time in 3 years, I just drove for this place and was not disappointed. the simple granola and yogurt was so delicious it almost made drinking to my eyes, as it was the perfect Australian breakfast. in general and...delicious with an amazing coffee to accompany, my only regret was that I could only go here once, it looked like I had a different breakfast here every day for a week and love it every time.
I love this place. It is small and friendly with some share tables. While people stick to talking within their groups some fun conversations can strike up with complete strangers. As for the food.... outstanding! This is where the locals eat and with all the choice in the area that tells you a lot.It is always crowded so you will need to book.
This little restaurant is well worth a visit. It is small but they manage to fit quite a few in. The staff are friendly and the chef is great. The gnocchi was delicious and melted in your mouth. The seared tuna was fresh and seared perfectly and the side vegetables were a great touch. It felt healthy eating all this too!!!!

We had visited The little kitchen multiple times this year for breakfast. It has friendly staff and good food. Location is not too far from the coogee beach and it is really easy to find parking. Most importantly they open really early. I would recommend their bacon and egg bap with home made BBQ Source.
Really well made food with local sources. Service was friendly and comfortable with checking-in at the right space between. Sat and read the paper while enjoying the time there. Would return and recommend.
We went for breakfast here on Sunday morning and it was excellent! My Wife had the salmon and I had the full breakfast with black pudding. Good Food, good service and a great location
Great food- simple food with good twists on it- The venue is small and there is sharing/ group tables. So its advisable to either r book ahead or get there early! Great coffee

I have had a bacon and egg rolls and soy cap so many times here that i can't count it. Great as a takeaway option or eating there. Its absolutely delicious.
