I booked and pre-ordered from the festive menu at The Longship for a pre-Christmas get-together with family. The table was beautifully decorated and had a very festive feel. We enjoyed a delicious 3-course meal that was great value at £14. The turkey and pigs in blankets were particularly tasty. The service was excellent, with Claire taking care of our table. She is always there whenever I visit The Longship and is a pleasant and attentive server. All the staff at the pub are wonderful. I will definitely be visiting again soon, especially during the Christmas period.
I went to the restaurant for a Sunday roast with my family. We booked a table and got two roasts for 11.49, which was a great deal for the generous portions. I had the turkey roast and it was delicious. I also enjoyed a pint of the Longship ale they had on tap and watched some football on the TV, making it a perfect Sunday afternoon at a local spot. The staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive even when they were busy.
Best local bar in the area, visited on a Wednesday for the £5 burger deal they've currently got on. Fantastic deal such great value, burgers really delicious and a great choice of toppings to design your own burger. Drinks good value a couple of nice real ales and they do a good offer on that. Staff always brilliant and friendly especially Claire and Kerry always made to feel welcome in the Longship
Visited for lunch with family. It was a Wedneaday we had the burger deakin it's a great offer customise you own burger and it's only a fiver all day fantastic value and the burgers are delicious. It was busy when we visited but the service was really good the staff very friendly and we didn't have to wait too long for food considering it was busy. Look forward to returning again soon

Took my kids along to the Halloween party, really good the kids loved it especially the games. Must say a big well done to the staff they are always brilliant with the kids and especially the blonde lady Claire nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you Longship we love bringing the kids here you've made this a great family friendly bar and by far the best in Hebburn
Went with a group of friends for drinks on Friday night. Pub was busy but staff were brilliant, quick service and always attentive and sociable. Always has a nice atmosphere in the Longship every time I visit. They had a great offer on cocktails 2 for £6 which went down a treat. Had some snacky food as well which was nice
I went with a large group and booked in advance for a festive meal. We had a terrible experience. The food was below standard and some people did not receive their orders. The service was also lacking due to understaffing. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Visited for a big family meal so reserved a table. Food all came out together and was delicious, drinks good value and a great selection. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed the occasion. Look forward to visiting again soon
