Terrible Terrible customer service tonight. Ordered through just eat at 5.30pm to be delivered at 7.00pm. Just eat said had bern delivered but at 7.15pm nit order. Called Maresfield and was told next to go out. Called at 7.40pm and told oh you not had yet, it 's going out next other half said not happy and could we speak to manager. Ooo no.they are cooking but our food will be at lesst another 45 minute. Said we wanted to cancel. She said to do through just eat but as far as just eat are concerned we have had it. She said managed will call later to refund. I very much doubt that will happen. Will never order from Maresfield again. Lies after lies. I have worked in customer service and there...
another Saturday and the necessity for a good Chinese meal. Nice to eat home so that a delivery was needed and the best place, as usual, is masefield. a new website makes the order easy and safe. delivery is always dead. as for eating, delicious. I'm joking over the Szechuan cow, my favorite. it is always good, but in some places there is a cook that adds this extra chili and I know it. but I love it.
Saturday evening and can not be harassed to cook like this? yup, a Chinese food was required and masefield cannot be beaten. order online and delivered dead on time and really piping hot. delicious food, but this is not a surprise as it is always from this restaurant.
