The Max Joy Co is an ice cream, dessert and drinks parlor located on the busy and vibrant Rowe Street in Eastwood. I found out about this place whilst searching Instagram, desperate to satisfy my craving for some black sesame ice cream. Feeling ecstatic that I found this so close to home, only a short walking distance from the apartment I was staying in when I first arrived, we headed there for dessert after lunch one afternoon.
One of the best ice cream places ever. Ever since I've started buying ice cream from other places anymore. My husband's fav is the durian ice cream. While I am not a fan, my family is a huge fan. Definitely would recommend it.
Very friendly staff members. They have an wide variety of interesting ice cream flavours; I especially like the genmaicha, hojicha and yuzu flavours. Their moffles are also very well done very interesting texture and taste.
My wife and I were on the island for the first time on Monday, July 3 and began to get a craving for something sugary a few hours before our scheduled ferry
