As always, the food was excellent. Our server was also wonderful knowledgeable and efficient! But no matter what Melting Pot we go to, the front hostess table and bar are always chaotic. Once again, we had to wait over 20 minutes past our reservation because “our server had just gotten a table before we arrived” and the bartender completely ignored us, so we couldn’t even have a drink while we waited. So just realize that the first 20 30 minutes there will be a cluster … but usually, once you get to the table, it’s much better.
The waitress was nice and seemed to be working as quickly as possible, so perhaps the service was just overwhelmed.
As for the food quality, the cheese fondue was decent, and the chocolate fondue was fine, but neither was anything special. As for the entrees, most of them were over-seasoned, which we all agreed on.
Overall, we had a good time, and the experience was what we came for. It was nice, and we were glad to have gone. However, now that we've had that experience, we probably won't return.
Soo sad about this experience on a holiday New Year’s Day. We went with our family and it was a waste of money! They shoved us in a table that was clearly not made for the amount of people we had! They should of placed us in a comfortable sitting instead they wanted the money and we suffered for it. Service was slow Rooom was soo loud. Took forever for food which Andy mixed up and barely hot refill on drinks. All the money we spent and it was a horrible night there.
Our server was the highlight of our meal! Aires (spelling? was professional and kind. The food however was not what we were expecting/hoping for with the high price tag. The beef was chewy and some pieces were not edible. The 'non-meat ' item Polpettes, should have been presented in a nicer way. As it was, it looked like poo. Sorry, but it was un-appetizing. Fondue is a fun idea and we enjoyed our time together as a family.

Although I put it on my reservation and also informed them when we arrive that it was my daughters birthday there was nothing observed from the restaurant. The meal took over three hours, and although the food was good, and the server was good, but she was very busy all in all for the price we spent we could’ve had a couple meals out.
I had a fun night, but there were some issues to address for the winter season. A few small improvements could be made. The hostess could be friendlier, and while we were invited to wait at the bar, there was no bartender available.
We went out for a birthday dinner, and the food was incredible. The waitress was非常 friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a delightful evening, and we will definitely visit again.
We’ve been before And that’s a good thing because had this been our first experience we would be reluctant to go back.
