The attention was good and they were very accommodating about my special diet. But I was very disappointed when they told me they ran out of one of the ingredients they needed to make vegan fondue. That was the whole reason why I chose this place, and I asked about it when I made the reservation. If it wasn't because my husband and I were already there and starving, we would've gone find some other place. Also it took them too long to bring the food.
I have been to a lot of melting pots over the years and this one is by far the best one. The food is always fresh and expertly prepared. The service is consistent and significantly faster than other locations. I have cookies and cream Marshmellow dream show up in my dreams for sure!!!
This is a fun experience to take family or friends who have never fondued. Any of their chocolate dips are flat out delicious and will make you want to lick the bowl. Just be aware that it’s overpriced

Always a great time. Love to treat ourselves and do a cheese, meat and dessert course. Always leave stuffed! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and ensured we made our show on time.
We did the before the show package after a matinee at the fox. Our service was phenomenal! My friend is gluten free, and they went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of!
