Had breakfast here this morning, always walking passed and have never popped in. We are inside, and it is quite spacey which was surprising, you can't really see in from the road, so that was good! <br/ As soon as we sat down we were pushed for an order which was a little, pushy. But we asked for 5 minutes and waved down a waiter when we were ready.<br/ <br/ I ordered the poached eggs on toast and my partner French toast. A reliable gem. Have been here for breakfast on many occasions. It is our go to place for late breakfast without a reservation. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Coffees ordered come quickly and are consistently hot and tasty. The serving sizes are generous and the specials menu is usually interesting. Always leave feeling full and having spent our money well. Bought a cactus in a bowl for $10 on the last visit. Can't go wrong.
Sunday morning breakfast at the mill bakehouse was lovely. Bring your appetite as the servings were huge. We sat inside next to a window and there are lots of different seating options inside or you can sit outside too. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and service was fast. Food was delicious with all of us opting for different versions of a cooked brekky!
I went to the Bakehouse this morning for brunch, and my high expectations (based on friends experiences) were exceeded. I ordered the meatball special and my girlfriend had the chowder. Both were delicious, the chowder especially. And the fresh juices were as good as they were various.The service was friendly and prompt.

I love this café. The service is great, and the staff are very friendly. The food coffee are delicious, in particular their scones, Bruschetta seafood chowder. I used to go there every week when I was in Fremantle, but now visit whenever I can, especially when I meet friends for coffee.
I've only been here for breakfasts but always liked it. It's nothing different or special but they do a decent and generous big breakfast with excellent bacon and perfectly crispy hash browns. Some of the waitresses could try smiling once in a while but at least the food is good.
Food is excellent, coffee always HOT, however, would the waitress please stop patting the DOGS and then proceed to serve customers their food. Not only is this yuck on so many levels, it is against all Health regulations within the food service areas !!!
Second time here for breakfast. Really enjoyed the omelette, not too heavy and good size serves . Coffee was also good and service was really great . I think a bit better value than on the main drag ..

Very friendly staff and they allow dogs at the outside tables. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. Very reasonably priced.
Best full breakfast I've found in perth in 3 years. Tasty, fresh and healthy.
