Our office received a Charcuterie Platter as a gift, what a fantastic surprise!! We would highly recommend Mystic Cheese Company to anyone that loves cheese! The presentation was a beautiful array and each variety of cheese and meat was a pleasure to sample. The mustards and fig jelly that accompanied the platter was a fabulous enhancement to the cheeses, especially with the Melinda Mae Brie! Many of our staff members are already planning their visits to the Mystic Cheese Company, with much anticipation of trying the grilled cheese bar! Thank you Mystic Cheese!! Drs. We also enjoyed their grilled cheese sandwiches—absolutely excellent!—and their cheese plates. The shop sells wine and beer, along with crackers, jams, and other delightful items. They create their own cheese, which is available for purchase, alongside other tasty options. They were even kind enough to let us bring in a cake to celebrate a birthday, as they don’t sell desserts themselves. The owner and staff are genuinely passionate about their work. Though the space is small, they make the most of it, and I really love seeing the cheese aging in the next room.
I was really excited about this new Mystic Cheese Co. location and finally stopped in tonight to check out the new shop. The spot is wonderfully bright, clean, and welcoming. Right away, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I’m a big blue cheese fan and glad I got a sample of the house made “Bow Head Blue” as it was awesome. In addition to the great cheese selection, they seem to have a good array of charcuterie, drinks, and grilled cheese sandwiches made to order. Not many places like this in the local area and very excited to be a frequent visitor!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. What's not to love about cheese right on the premises? As soon as you enter, you can catch a glimpse of large wheels of cheese aging through the windows. Although the shop is located in an industrial area, the interior is cozy and inviting. They offer wine, various snacks, and delicious grilled cheese sandwiches. The thoughtful details and excellent service truly made my visit enjoyable. Plus, there's a brewery right next door, which is an added bonus!

The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly; you can tell they really love what they do and are eager to share it with customers. We tried a few different dishes after discussing our preferences, and I must say, everything we had was unique and delicious. I'm really looking forward to returning. Their grilled cheese sandwiches were classic but executed to perfection. The mustard they served was intriguing, and I found myself wishing it was available for purchase.
Very small place that is quite away from the main beaten path. One could even argue that it is hidden away gem. As the name suggest it specializes in cheese. However they have all of the accoutrements that go well with cheese. The food itself is really good and cheeses are really nice. All of the menu items are in some sort of collaboration with some other local business. Also you can order food and then pop over to the brewery. They will bring it right back to you
Delicious cheese and the best pizza. Well made cheese, no matter what style you get, but if you made pizza there with three different cheeses, the results are amazing! Not only the cheese amazing, but the crust is the best around. Come here for all your appetizers or dinner needs! I can't wait to try her grilled cheese!
Ordered everything I needed to make my own charcuterie. They’ve got a cool selection of stuff I’ve never heard of (canned octopus?! I’m down! and their house cheeses are delicious (I like the Cachalot the best—the Melinda Mae is a close second . Hope they get to reopen their cafe this summer!
