The food was great and there is a good veggie choice. Sadly, our waiter was very unfriendly and miserable. Fifteen minutes after our main course was cleared away we still had not been given a dessert menu, though the diners in the booth opposite were asked if they wanted dessert. We asked for the dessert menu and waited a further 15 minutes. Then we gave up, saved our money and went to pay. I say went as a bill was never brought to our table. No-one ever checked that everything was ok with our food. Despite the food being good the poor service reduced the overall experience.
Having read some reviews I was somewhat disappointed. Paper table cloth and napkins is never nice. Food was just OK a little bland I thought. Unable to pay at table you neeed to queue at front desk. On the positive side not over priced and no service charge. All in all the experience felt like a visit to your local fast food restaurant. The staff were polite by not saying to much and dashing around made the whole experience feel a little rushed and not relaxed. Not bad but nothing special.
We went to this restaurant for a meal with 10 coworkers. The drink orders were taken quickly, but the food order took a while. When we asked about our food, we were spoken to rudely by a man, and another guy also displayed rude behavior when checking on us. Despite this, we didn't let it ruin our night, but we probably won't be returning. The restaurant seemed understaffed and overwhelmed by the number of customers.
I recently returned from another enjoyable meal at this restaurant. We opted for the set menu, which provided us with generous and tasty dishes. The waitstaff were attentive and accommodating, making our dining experience pleasant. The background piano music created a relaxed atmosphere that enhanced our evening. It was the perfect way to unwind after a hectic week. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

What a disappointing evening, I’m going to keep this short and sweet. You have too many tables and not enough staff to provide a good service. The food is average compared to what is used to be like, Will not be returning. We came home and looked at the bill to also find that we were charged for too many drinks. Chaos
The staff at the front of the restaurant were irritating. The decor looked worn out. It took too long to receive our drinks. The fried squid was awful. There was some foreign object in my Coke. We were rushed to leave and didn't have time to review the bill.

Had an amazing night with the family for my son’s birthday what a wonderful place to celebrate birthdays and family occasions the staff are wonderful, friendly and so helpful you couldn’t asf for more.
