We stopped for food on our way home from a holiday and had never been to this restaurant before. The food was excellent, the surroundings were lovely both inside and outside, and we appreciated that it was dog friendly. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would recommend The New Inn, although we didn't stay in the hotel rooms, based on everything else we experienced, they would be fabulous. In terms of safety, there was good off-road parking available. Herefordshire is a beautiful place for walking. The food and drinks were delicious, and the service was excellent.
Popped in for Lunch on my way back from Abergavenny. Often can be awkward eating alone (especially without a book), but the staff were super welcoming and sweet. Stopped for a quick drink en route to Kington. We both chose the local cider from Two Farmers and enjoyed both the berry and apple flavours. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. At the time we entered everyone else was leaving so we had the lovely beer garden to ourselves. Service: 4 Location: 4
I am amazed by the food at this restaurant. The burger was the best I have had in a long time and it is also very reasonably priced. The staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend this place.
