We had the most amazing meal here! Finishing up a wonderful week in Kiawah and thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. Unless you are a Sanctuary guest, obtaining a reservation more than 3 days in advance of your desired date is all but impossible. It appears Management blocks most of the tables until they are sure arriving guests aren’t going to dine there. My wife and I have had dinner here five times during the past few years. The atmosphere and service is fabulous, as are the appetizers, but after 5 tries I still have not had a good steak. I don't mind paying $60-70-80 for a steak, but make it good. They say it's Prime meat…I've had better choice steaks that I've purchased from Publix and grilled. So go for the atmosphere, but not for a great steak dinner!
The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly attentive, well-trained, and friendly. The food was absolutely exquisite. I ordered the iceberg wedge and shared the tomahawk ribeye with my son, who started with the creamed onion soup and raved about it. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back—it’s a truly special place!
