What staff was there was great, but as with so many places, not enough working.As to food, a mixed bag. First not sure when they stopped the all you can eat fish, but that was a let down. But, the portion size seemed good, I had two large pieces. Fries hot and crispy. Tried their French onion soup which while the soup base was good was topped with bland almost flavorless cheese. My son had a ceasar salad and it was well prepared, but the dressing was more lemon flavor than any ceasar dressing we've had. A more traditional dressing would be much better. I will add that the pretzel app was delicious, and would be better with a better cheesier sauce. We all found the sauce too bland.So, general...
Two stars are generous. the FAMOUS fishing and chips ordered. was it, terrible! I had better fishing at long john silver. fish was tasteless and overcooked. Steak-frries were barely cooked, but somehow managed to be dry. the only thing that was okay was the tiny maul of koleslaw they gave you. for $16 it was a huge waste of my money and time, and to complete it. the girl who commanded was only shy of rude and did not seem to want to be there. that was an executive order or I would have sent it back definitiw! will not be back.
We visit this restaurant about once a week. The food is consistently delicious and we always request to be seated in Mario's area. He is an excellent server who takes great care of us every time! I highly recommend trying the Reuben, but the burgers and salads are also fantastic. It's a great spot to catch the game, whether you want a quiet night chatting or getting spirited with the other fans. The atmosphere is fantastic, and there's even a lovely patio for warmer months.
food quality is great! Drinks are good! the windows are dirty! floor normally needs vacuum! the whole place needs a good dust! the covid plastic windows must be dubiously cleaned! (before 5 months are always the same fingerprints)! park is terrible! service is somewhat slow, but this is not the server error and the restaurant!

Awful service. Took over 10 minutes to be greeted and sat despite several workers passing us. Then, it took around 10-15 minutes to get drinks. Over a half hour for food, and had to ask for extra sauce several times. What should have been an hour dining experience took nearly 2 hours.The food was good though.
I visited the restaurant on Thursday, December 23. It was not very busy, but it seemed like they were short-staffed. After waiting for 15 minutes without being served, we decided to leave. The staff did notice us, but it appeared they were overwhelmed. We left a small tip as a gesture of goodwill.
We went to the restaurant for happy hour and although the service was a bit slow, we enjoyed our time there. I ordered the chicken nachos, but unfortunately they were not the best as the chips were all broken pieces. The drinks were good, so we only ordered one and enjoyed our appetizers.

Had lunch there with my mom! She loves the Fish and Chips baskets! Lots of food for the money! Great location, wonderful decor and atmosphere! Very good and attentive customer service.
Fish was ok. It was a lot smaller than usual. The onion rings were hard and chewy.
