Staff were friendly but the food was not good. Everything was really slow, we waited for about 20 minutes to see our server, who was not very responsible, the coffee mug was stained with a sauce, which the server said is from a food that they were carrying. I would give zero stars if I could. My experience was so bad that I am in fact going to corporate about the food standards and quality of food and staff. My food was undercooked and I mean raw undercooked. Original Pancake House was really good, there was a wait but it wasn't that long. My server was wonderful and greeted me with a smile. The food was really good and everything came out hot. A little disappointed that u didn't get warm syrup with the meal and also there was trash under my table that I wasn't pleased about. The food is always on point! We come here often(2-4 times per month) with friends and family even our 1 year old daughter. They accommodate the ENTIRE family from my daughter saying hello to all the staff to substitutions on some of the meals we order. The Belgian waffles are AMAZING. The blueberry tea is EVERYTHING. This is my 4th time coming here and every time the waitress and waiters goes out of there way to make sure you get what you want how you want. Today we had Jhonny and he?s so amazing and went that extra mile to make sure I got what I came for. The chefs did an amazing job cooking my meal. Everything was top notch. Definitely recommend coming here.
they are priced way too high to get the meal the way I did! the well done Hash brown was under cooked n grease. the scramble eggs were watery the Waffles n French Toast n bacon were ok but I will not be ordering from the again. n I hardly ever write a review. that should tell u something.
This place is a gem. The coffee is freshly brewed and taste perfect. The crepes are my favorite. The steak and hash browns was tasty and probably better than a steak house. I love that their orange juice is fresh. Owner and staff are so kind. You can't go wrong with this place.

DELICIOUS ???? You have to try this restaurant. Hands down the best pancakes I have ever had. And the tropical syrup......makes you want to slap yo mama!! The omlettes were huge and I'm told they were tasty. Not a single person in my party was disappointed.
