I was very disappointed with the food and service. I have visited the AC, NJ location(loved it) and this one was very upsetting. I was looking forward to showing my friend a great time. We had a 8:45 reservation. I ordered the soup of the day which came out like warm. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out well done dry not a typical cut either I decided to splurge with the wagyu. My friend who is pregnant got the chicken parm…we didn’t notice until this AM when she went to eat it and it was pink/raw in the middle. Completely unacceptable. The food and service at this restaurant were outstanding! My server was fantastic and the manager on duty, on the 10th of July 2024, was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning!
We visited The Palm restaurant, known for their lobster, but unfortunately they did not have any lobster available. It was quite disappointing.
The service and dinner at this restaurant were exceptional. The scallops were delicious. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
