The restaurant features high ceilings adorned with various Asian decorations. The previous setup went a bit overboard with the restrooms, and they feel a bit dated in the current decor. However, the food is excellent, both for their flagship yum cha lunch and for traditional dinner service. The staff is attentive and there's a good number of them on the floor, including robots that assist with service. Cleanliness is top-notch.
After the initial peak of demand, getting a table used to be a real challenge due to space constraints, even in such a large venue. It's now recommended to book a week in advance for lunch, but it's much more manageable now, with online bookings accepted just two day...
The service left much to be desired. There weren't enough food trolleys available, and the selection of dishes was quite limited. We had a toddler under the age of two with us, and one waitress kept placing hot dishes directly in front of her. When I tried to stop her from putting down one dish, she made a displeased sound. It would be appreciated if staff could be more considerate of customers with young children. Why would they put hot dishes so close to a child?
As for the food, it didn’t meet our expectations either. Overall, it was not a great experience.

the worst YUM CHA in Sydney, pls don’t waste ur time and money on this garbage Chinese restaurant, the food sucks compared to other restaurant, such as Phoenix. If u r really fancy in Chinese dishes, pls! Never and ever go this dumpshit restaurant. This is the first time I try to comment my feeling and I have been living in Sydney for 10 years. This restaurant boasts an excellent location, a delightful ambiance, and genuine Yum Cha cuisine. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person ranged from A$20 to A$40. I would rate the food a solid 4, the service also at 4, and the atmosphere a fantastic 5. I highly recommend trying the Mango Pancakes!

This used to be my favorite spot for yum cha, but my visit on Saturday was disappointing. All the dishes were lukewarm and lacked freshness, particularly the beef balls, which were tough and unappetizing (see picture). The premium prices don't reflect the quality; you're really just paying for the decor.
Difficulties, tensities are also loaded in the chests and voices; the break-out of new mothers is a springboard; the confusion of cattle; and the ice. It is difficult to eat the cooking bags and to eat the lots, and in the table it is ambiguous.
Great yum cha place, make sure you book ahead. Very Fast service once you are in. Ps When you order Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce ask sauce on a seperate dish because i found very salty.Recommended dishes Steamed Prawn Dumplings …More
Nice decor and great food. Good location (next to Macquarie shopping centre carpak- orange level). Kind of cool to see robots serving drink. Well, everything comes with a price- not cheap yumcha.
