I recently came here with some friends and our babies and small children for lunch. it's not the first time I was here, but it was the first time with the baby. the coworkers that there are all very pleasant only unfortunately I feel. there is only not enough of them that leads to a Scottish service and long delays! also I felt that the cleansing of baby high chairs and dressing area was very below the point! I had to clean the high chairs myself and both were covered with black dust/dart. a little dust or food would be expected or accepted in a busy service, but that is not acceptable. the baby changer was also covered with thick dust and obviously this is not cleaned regularly. to the luck...

today april ordered speck sandwich asked whether brot thick and yes, but it can cut it thin if they want, yes please. Hubby ordered speck and ei and sausage on usual brot. coffee and tee ordered when he was asked...for hot water it came into a teetasse, no jug! when my sandwich came, it was too thick, so it went back and brown returned to normal. but then bacon was cold! hubbies sandwich was a sweat, very thick cut granat brot look like doorsteps on his teller. He had to take a disc and eat with a knife and there was a sweat. He had the speckei and the sausage, but the brot left most! we were very sorry that we went into the table, was a bit grubby and it had eaten one on it. this caffe need...

We were given a menu, told to take a seat and that someone would shortly take our order. After minutes no one had visited our table. I went to the till, where there were members of staff standing around, and asked if someone...could take our order. They looked cross that I had asked but I was reluctantly informed that someone would be with us shortly. However, after a further minutes of waiting, we left the cafe. I noticed several other tables also left during that time without placing an order. I like to try and support independent businesses however due to the service and complete disregard for their customers we ended up going to a national chain,

Eating isn't great, but it's okay to just eat lunch or cake. a Friday afternoon was ok, so we went back to different day(Sunday) and it was painfully slow. it was not busy at all and many girls worked. we had to ask for the food how we drink, and they couldn't even bring cake after lunch, so it went without cake. we want to support the local business, but if you can't provide us with such a simple service, we can't.
