Walked part early Sunday and thought what a nice place for a coffee. It was empty. Queued for 5 minutes ?!? then the manager cones across asks if we have a booking, I say no just a quick couple of coffees he then blanks me. Completely rude the place was empty! Shane as was a lovely place very friendly, not anymore.
I must say I am partial to a restaurant with a view and the Partisan certainly offers that. It is a tranquil spot with an unobstructed view of the river....
