The food speaks for itself. Delicious. What sets PF apart is the owner, Bill Randall, and his team. In a world where many businesses only watch out for themselves or the bottom line, Bill watches out for others. His generosity, support of the community, and genuine care are remarkable. The PF employees are cut from the same cloth industrious, sincere, and kind. Enjoy the great food, but more importantly, enjoy the people. Support a business that supports St. George.
We celebrated our 17th anniversary at the restaurant and my husband's order had a slight mistake. He called and the manager, Ben, was friendly and helpful, quickly resolving the issue. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. As a lover of pasta, I can confidently say that Pasta Factory is the best. I prefer it over any other pasta restaurant.
Basic pizza, kind service, basic atmosphere. The pizza did not have any originality, you probably could make a better one at home. The service was kind, though, we were ushered out quickly after eating. The atmosphere was the same as any restaurant, but they had many rooms which made it more original.
Bought ham Calzone with extra ham. Well, I got it back to our room, opened the box, and thought, where's the ham. Didn't even seem like there was enough for a single order of ham. Could hardly taste the ham. Life is about learning lessons. By the way the pizzas where great. Book a table now
great pasta! I'd eat here again. the free brotsticks are also ingenious (way better than olive garden)! but it is a popular place, so they expect a waiting period (mostly at the weekend.)
Yesterday, the dining experience was excellent as usual and our server was the best we've ever had! Thank you, Eric Scholl, for being so friendly and attentive to us.
It's so cheap, but the food is good quality! Personal pizzas are $5, and their delicious bread twists are much bigger than a regular bread stick, but they're only $1!
