the mistake, on a big day (Mother Sunday) was in order, let us get this out of the way. that was all else. arrival: no meet greet. it was our first visit, so we didn't know the format. it was busy...with diner's personal in the entrance and around the bar. we were party and had to wait for a while to ask and confirm our booking and to help us to our table. it took a while until the dame found our booking, she was obviously under pressure and we had to repeat some painting information.
