I visited this restaurant with my ex-wife in hopes of rekindling our relationship, and it worked like a charm! The food was absolutely incredible, a Sunday Roast fit for the gods themselves. The service was outstanding, truly amazing. The atmosphere was spectacular, and we felt like we were falling in love all over again in this magical place. This pub is where dreams come true. Price per person: £30-40.
The chairs were too short for the table, making me feel like I was at a children's party. The menu was limited. The soup I started with was excellent, but the main course and dessert were not very impressive. I had to rethink my choice when they ran out of my first option. Overall, I felt that the meal was overpriced for what I received.
I can honestly say that this roast was one of the most amazing I've ever eaten. It was nicely presented and the portion size was satisfying. The customer service was great, and the atmosphere was cozy. The prices were reasonable. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 5 out of 5.
