Had a fantastic experience at The Pottery Tapas Bar! The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was freshly cooked and full of flavor — I can highly recommend the Brazilian Cheese Balls, Nachos, and the Paella which was honestly the best I've ever had. The sangria was also really good — refreshing and perfectly balanced. Jackson, the owner, was on hand throughout the evening, checking in to make sure everything was okay and really going the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, top marks! The setting is also very nice and colourful, with a lovely outdoors area. The tapas were good without being the best I 've had in this price range. A couple highlights were the prawns with the salsa roja although proper Gambas would have been better, the pork belly was also very nice and had a delicious sauce/glaze. The beef rib was tender but overpowered by the star anise, the chicken spicing was nice but the meat a bit dry, little bits here and there but overall a nice restaurant and experience, would recommend!
I visited with a local friend on Saturday and was surprised to find this quality spacious venue in the middle of a residential area, so close to the busy Kingston shopping area. It took me 15min to walk to Eden street bus stop ! There are different dining areas decorated in different styles leading to a large outside seated area. The fence had a quirky colourful mural which I admired , background wash with white clear floral artwork. We ate patatas bravas, baked goats cheese and fabada , all delicious and filling ! I am planning a return visit .
Very nice place, which we found by chance. We turned up with only 40mins till closing but the server made us feel very welcome. Great selection of tapas, served very quickly, and the desserts were also beautifully presented. The decor was also great, we were in the garden, which is very well maintained.

You’ll get an amazing welcome here as if you’re coming home for a meal. Friendly staff with a lovely garden setting at the back. Not just decking but plants and foliage that make the space really special. I wouldn’t say the food is super authentically Spanish tapas but it’s very tasty.
What an amazing place. We booked for a birthday and were greeted warmly. All the food was served just right, good size portions and a great range of drinks. The service was friendly and the atmosphere, despite being packed was great. We’re going back!
It was our second time visiting and wow. Such a gem in the community, we had a beautiful table in the garden and the service was top notch. A non complicated style tapas menu with some hearty mains. we will be back again soon. thank you
We came for the first time, lovely place with great customer service. We absolutely loved the food Paella) , the homemade Kombucha and great quality coffee. We will definitely come back and recommend this place.
