The food is fantastic, but if the two women who work there mess up your order, be prepared for a challenging conversation on the phone. They tend to be argumentative, defensive, and quite loud, making it difficult to discuss issues. Instead of offering a solution for next time, they argue with you as if you're in a courtroom. This is such a disappointment coming from an otherwise great eatery in Pelham. Be sure to double-check your orders before you leave!
Just bought a chicken kebab plate, listed as 15.95. Guy rang it up as 18.08. Then as I looked in stupor, he just ignored me, and then pointed to the “add a tip” on the card reader. They’re stealing like a 13% markup hoping you wont notice. This is criminal. This is LITERALLY organized crime. Receipt has NO DETAILS. So sick of this organized crime by every corporation with more than one location. FAIL.
This place is always great fresh food, I wish the people would smile more it would be more welcoming.. but overall the service and the food is always hot fresh and their prices are great.. I do recommend ??… Here I had the chicken potato and falafel..

I have been visiting this location for decades. The seating and service are quick, whether you're dining in or getting takeout. The food is excellent and truly authentic.
I got the Chicken Salad Plate with Wild Rice absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients, nice big plate, great price. Can't ask for more.
The Google profile indicates that they open at 10:30 AM. I arrived at 10:35 AM, but they are still closed. So disappointing.
