The Ram Kingston - Table reservation

The food was overpriced and not good. The toilets were disgusting. One bartender blatantly ignored us when we went to the bar to order, he was more interested in putting glassware away as slowly as possible than helping guests. However, the other bartender was very friendly and helpful. Honestly, the food was a joke, it would take too long to write up a review of how awful each individual dish was as we were a table of 7. We went to the pub for quiz night, and that bit was fun. But I do not recommend eating there! Total waste of money combined with dirty, horrible toilets, might put you off eating for awhile.

Food was fine. Lovely pub. Service: pleasant, but slow-ish and hard to get to pay at the end as the bar was getting busier. We are fairly sure we were overcharged around £15 to £20 due to a mix up. I didn’t challenge it at the time as we were in a rush for the theatre, but we looked at the menus later and calculated our bill. I have emailed them (3 days ago), but no response. So disappointed with that.

The service and attitude was terrible. Information needs to be clearly written on the menus or website or just widely told if the kitchen shuts, apparently on a busy Friday it shuts at 7.30 and when I was waiting to order food this was very rudely told after waiting for 15min to order. Unfortunately that means I was not able to taste to the food which looked nice from plates brought out.

Average. Cold meat sharing platter was tiny and didn’t have half the things the menu said it contained. Staff pleasant though and drinks service good. Go for the beer and the garden rather than the food!

had to wait 1 hour for food. No update from the team and had to chase them for update.
