Good Experience Regular Customer Now. Most of the negative reviews I've seen are based on groupon coupons.<br/ <br/ However, I never ate there due to groupons bought but just to try it out. I've been there 5 times now and have enjoyed each time. Ive eaten there 3 times for dinner and soon to be 3 times for lunch. Prices for lunch are much better than the dinner price tag and the food on offer is the same for each one. Better than expected!. Reading the below reviews I really wasn't expecting much from Red Lantern, but my mum had been there twice and said how great it is. <br/ <br/ There's a fantastic array of lovely, fresh food to go into your little individual soup cooker thing, and a great range of fresh ingredients to make various dipping sauces. The broth was a little bland at first, but dipping your meat or veg into your DIY sauce then eating with some soup is defs the way to do it. <br/ <br/ I thought it was reasonably priced for all you can eat it was $65 for two of us.

I went there for the buffet hotpot and it definitely is tue best hotpot experience ive ever had. Such a diverse variety of food selections from meat to seafood to dumplings, noodles... all the hotpot food you can ever think of they have it there. And it's self serve so you never have to wait for the waiter to come and take ur order.<br/ <br/ I didn't think I'd be such a fan of having individual hotpots but was pleasantly surprised at how much more convenient it is, and you lose none of the food sharing spirit at all.<br/ <br/ Definitely will be going back.
Terrible service. The staff do not understand English, so they had to ask their son or her younger brother in his school uniform to confirm which drinks we wanted (we wanted Cola).

Worst experience I've ever encountered! I have this place very high, after the last nights experience with bad customer service and food quality, I have changed my mind. Please do not go to this place if you want to satisfy your hot pot hot channels, there are many other places.
A true Chinese grocery lovers / Hotpot lovers will definitely never come back ...... Plus The restaurant name is so stupid in Chinese ... Both the soup and the sauce taste Fad.
