I just wanted to share an experience I have just had with Rib Runner Balgowlah.I placed an order via menulog for ribs for myself and chicken salad for my girlfriend. They sent the order and instead of a chicken salad they sent ice cream because they didn't have any chicken salad!!!!! I'm no Jamie Oliver but ice cream and chicken salad aren't really the same thing... I sent the whole order back with the delivery guy and when i called them to complain.. the bloke who i assume is the owner "Ami" told me i can f##k off and it was my fault.My advice is to never do business with these people.Disgusting behavior and customer service.
I don't know why this place has such terrible reviews. I LOVE their Mexican foods and pizza! It's my favourite place to order from in the area. It's also so cheap! You get huge servings for your $. The Mexican potato is my favourite (: the only thing I would not recommend is ordering hot chips for delivering as they get a little old by arrival... Which would happen with any place
Used to be great ribs and Mexican take away/delivery. Don't know what happend but food quality is now awful, I had take away twice just to make sure it wasn't just a bad day. Much to my disappointment and cost. As for the pizza quite frankly go back to making Mexican and decent ribs. Two things you used to be good at instead of now 3 things that are **** awful.
Waited for a long long time, driver phoned as he was lost, couldn't speak any English, and obviously couldn't read either since he was 3 suburbs away from the correct delivery address when he was finally tracked down and then lied about how long he had been lost for and where he was, gave up waiting for dinner delivery, very bad experience

We ordered a combo of ribs pizza and potatoes mex style! What a joke they were late food was disgusting and i think someone ate the ribs before they arrived!even the corn was foul. Never again and we live in the area. Good luck with this business if this is your attitude good luck at bankruptcy
I ordered rib combo as home delivery ribs were all the end pieces and dry change of owners never again put everything in bin called them and they said I was the only one to complain about anything but by the looks I'm not by reading the reviews wow they are not going to last
I ordered ribs and pizza had a few bad meals from here but thought i would give them another go, and the ribs were all bone and no meat i rang to complain and was told to f--k off and don't bother ordering again from the chef!!! what a waste of money and so so rude
We ordered ribs and wings. The ribs were the worst we have ever had, in fact they ended up in the bin. They were dry and full of gristle. It was like they were the offcuts or they had used the cheapest ribs they could find. We won't be back.

$18 for a burnt on top, raw underneath, soggy, heavy, tasteless pizza which we had to wait 1hour 50mins for the privilege. Absolute joke, pls avoid.
