The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The owner has that bit down! The atmosphere is incredibly political (a lot of signs about personal beliefs), which isn't something I personally enjoy when I'm trying to go out to eat, but to each their own.The food itself was not anything I would call barbecue. The ribs were ribs, the brisket was brisket, and the sliced pork was sliced pork, but I wouldn't call any of it barbecue. Everything was drier than it should be, nothing comes with sauce on it (ribs should be sauced) , and the seasonings were minimal. The baked beans tasted like they were from a can. If you need to serve a lot of people for an event, I highly recommend The Rib Shack. Such a wonderful place and wonderful food. We just served 100+ for our wedding rehearsal dinner and there is not a rib left! The brisket is also excellent as are the coleslaw and beans. Our guests kept raving about the food. Even more, Tom was so wonderful to work with. He returned emails and calls punctually, was so kind and helpful, and was generous with his time in the middle of a busy wedding and event season. I am so impressed and grateful.

Nice amount of food but all the meat was very TOUGH! Not much of a smoke flavor. Beans tasted like out of a can and potatoe salad like out of a deli. This is a food truck not a sit down restaurant. Book a table now
I ordered the full rack they were overcooked and lacking flavor I was disappointed. However my friend got the pork sandwich and loved it. I would try again but probably not the ribs.
I really enjoyed the rich flavor of the small amount of fat on the ribs, and the baked beans were excellent as well. I have no complaints!
The ribs and brisket are amazingly tender and juicy world record class in my opinion. Servings are generous, and very affordably priced.
