This is really a great place to eat. My wife and I used to live in Kent for about 16 years and remember when this was just a wine store. It's so nice inside and they also have seating outside on nice days. I had the chicken Florentine $24), and my wife had the harvest salad $14). I also had a small glass of house wine. She loved her salad and my Florentine was very good but the chicken was charred a little too much in places and actually burnt. The service was adequate seeing how it was only 4:30pm and the place was about 80%full already. All in all a good experience but felt it was a bit pricey. Our bill after a 20% tip was $80! I will say that I would rather spend a little more for good fo...

I ordered a salad that had sour goat cheese, so I requested a replacement. However, the waitress refused to take the original salad back and ended up charging me for both that salad and the new one. The tomato soup tasted like warm milk, but we were unsure about returning it. The owner was present and decided to charge us for everything. Coming from a family that owned a restaurant, I believe customers should have the right to return unsatisfactory food. This experience was poorly managed. I ended up spending $25 for just a small salad. Management really needs to improve their treatment of customers.

We visited on a Saturday around 5 PM and barely had to wait for a table. Just a heads up, they don't take reservations for groups smaller than four, so I suggest arriving early. The view from the patio is stunning, so try to snag one of the high-top tables on the water side. The menu looked fantastic, and the appetizers were also tempting, so we decided to try the hummus platter. Everything was delicious! They offer a great selection of beers on tap and have an extensive wine list. You can even buy some wine from their little market. I highly recommend this place!

The atmosphere was lovely and staff was friendly! The food was good. My pesto grilled cheese was slightly warm but not hot. The flavor of it was delicious though. The mixed greens salad was fresh and had good taste, just a little dry and needed a bit more dressing. All in all, the taste was lovely and the ingredients were fresh. I plan to come back, especially so I can sit outside when it?s warm out for the nice view. Book a table now

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious. We visited to celebrate a birthday and had a fantastic experience. We ordered the shrimp wrapped in rice as an appetizer, the focaccia, the orzo entrée, and the Big Kent, and everything was delightful! Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that our group was well taken care of. I'm already looking forward to returning!

We decided to visit this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation for Sunday brunch. The food was delicious, although the Eggs Benedict could use a bit more hollandaise sauce. Overall, it was very good! The fresh-squeezed orange juice was perfect, and the coffee was great. We're looking forward to coming back soon for lunch or dinner to try out the cocktails and beer selection. See you soon!

Nestled on the street side amidst the city's hustle and bustle, this restaurant features a patio that transports you to another world. The food is excellent, and the service is satisfactory. One can enjoy a lovely view of the river, occasionally watching boats navigate downstream. For us, the passing trains add a certain charm to the atmosphere. Overall, the prices are quite reasonable.

Stopped for dinner before a show at Kent Stage. The service was speedy, and the food was delicious. The Sweet Potato tots with Sriracha aoili were great. I would put them on the appetizer menu instead of on the sides menu. We had them as an appetizer, and it was perfect. Our server, Jada, was delightful. Book a table now

I found a piece of metal in my creamer, which was likely from a can opener. While I received an apology, it didn't come from the owner, who was aware of the issue but never approached me to apologize. I won't be returning to this restaurant.
