I had a mushroom risotto. perfectly cooked and very tasty. one of my friends had the fish cure, the other had burger and chips, both said they were delicious. I'm very creepy about chips, but I've pinched some of my friend and they were great. on the outside and fluffy inside. a special mention for the chocolate bread and butter pudding with ice. that would be rude. the pub itself is a beautiful looking building with a friendly and chilled atmosphere. well done mick. we're coming back!
what a beautiful rustic pub, beautiful relaxed and friendly atmosphere. eating was amazing, had a burger and chips with speck and cheese and as if that was not enough, simply had to chocolate bread and butter pudding, that was tasty. the dining area was pleasantly decorated and clean. the personal was pleasant and attentive. after dinner we relaxed in the hof with a drink that had been arranged tastefully. big evening, will definitely come back
Had an absolutely top notch Sunday Roast at The Rose and Crown today! It was only our second visit and first time for food, and it's safe to say we were VERY happy with both the food and the service. Great menu to choose from too : Will definitely be back soon!

for a rare child free lunch, it was great eating and beautiful atmosphere with friendly staff. had the Sharing starter and then the stuffed huh, had no place for pudding, so another must be visited.
Had fish and chips to take away last night and it was excellent, the fish was cooked lovely and there was plenty of hot piping chips. Thanks guys and girls .
