This is a small town filled with small-town charm! Some of my most enjoyable days are spent downtown, walking from the top of First Street to the waterfront. Along the way, I love to stop in quaint little shops and restaurants, discovering the history of this former military town. It’s a perfect way to unwind by the water’s edge.
It's the best kept secret in Benicia, the only indoor shopping mercantile, and you're always in for a surprise with what the various shops are offering and meeting the most friendly people.
