Always find that the staff are really friendly, cheerful and helpful. Food is always hot and tasty. Parking: Parking is for all businesses. But they could do with making some more of them for blue badge holders. As there is only 1, which is tucked away right in the corner. But this has nothing to do with Phil's cafe.
