Disappointed by The Gwen Oversold Insecure Relocation I've been a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member for years, frequently traveling for work and always choosing Marriott properties. My recent stay at The Gwen in Chicago, however, was incredibly disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was notified just 10 minutes (via email, no phone call) before arrival that the hotel was oversold. This left me stranded in the city, frustrated and worried, especially since it was already late in the evening.
