Upon hearing the name, then seeing the location, you may be pleasantly surprised. The food at this restaurant offers a unique twist on Western breakfast, incorporating Middle Eastern and Asian flavors. During brunch, my wife enjoyed the velvet pancakes and a refreshing watermelon, pineapple, and x juice that was perfectly balanced. I opted for the smashed avo, which featured Persian feta, hints of cumin powder, and other complementary ingredients. Each dish was carefully crafted with a fresh take that stayed true to its roots. The attentive staff were kind, helpful, and respectful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable dining experience.

Headed to a client's place and had enough time for lunch so I stopped by a random cafe. The inside is pretty standard, clean cafe. Nothing mind boggling, but perfectly good to sit at. The food and coffee though wow, totally unexpected. I had the slow braised lamb which absolutely blew me away, every bite was delicious. The eggs were impeccably poached. If I had to give feedback I personally like my greens a bit softer, but I'd know to ask for that next time. The coffee was also delicious and the service friendly and prompt. It's not local to me, but if I'm in the area I'll definitely head back!

We were invited to The Tradesman and were pleasantly surprised by the charming café set in an industrial area. The café had a basket of children's toys and a TV playing ABC Kids, which was a nice touch since we had our little one with us. The rosti that my husband added to his fritters was delicious and we were happy to learn that it was housemade. The quality of the food was evident and I highly recommend adding it to your order. The red velvet hotcakes were visually stunning and so tasty that I had to compete with my daughter for them. The service was also very friendly.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the industrial area of Cheltenham. The service was attentive and the food was not only delicious but also fun. There are various seating options available, including a clean and bright inside area and some sunny tables outside. Despite the traffic passing by, it was a wonderful spot to enjoy our morning.
