Fine old pub with a good range of beers and plenty of TVs if you fancy watching sport. Very large establishment and quite an extensive food menu. The attached comedy venue is also an excellent draw. And while the outside seating is a bit too close to the main road and car park, there is also a far more attractive courtyard.
Consistently good. The regular customers are friendly and welcoming to newcomers. The restaurant manager is friendly and the staff are always polite and efficient.
Top place. Great pub, attentive staff, Nice garden area in the back and music room upstairs. Would be a great place as a location for films and telly!
