"This was truly an exceptional dining experience. What stood out to me were the delightful little touches, the unique flavors I had never encountered before, and the thoughtful finishing details. I may never taste another sugary celery leaf, but it will certainly stay with me. I’m also excited to incorporate “pearls” into my own soups from now on. It was a fantastic experience overall, perfectly paired with the wine. I look forward to exploring more wines in the future. The staff’s enthusiasm, knowledge, and passion for wine were evident, and if anyone is curious about wine, this is the perfect place to learn more."
