Although the food was good today when we went, there are some definite issues I hope the owners will address. First, the prices on the menu were not the prices that we were charged. When I pointed out to the waitress that each food item on the bill was more than the menu stated, the answer was that they had increased the cost of the meals. So I showed her each menu price that was listed, and the answer was they hadn't changed it on the menu yet. Unacceptable. They were not going to change it until I told them the prices listed on the menu were the prices I was going to pay. Then, when I got the new bill, once again one item was being overcharged. Nice selection of delicious food. I went there with my family and we had a delicious homemade Mac and cheese, cheese steak, a Thanksgiving wrap and a chicken sandwich. Everything had a wonderful Vreeland touch to it. The service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. You are basically eating dinner in an old farm house. Rustic and cozy. It was nice to eat somewhere where you can talk and actually hear each other. They also have a baked goods section and excellent coffees. I definitely going back and bringing my friends.
Pretty much the only breakfast place in town other than the bagel places. They also do lunch and dinner and have a bar. The service is pretty good but the ambiance is what makes your experience. Looking around at the art displayed in the store feels like you've stepped into West Milford history. Every resident of the town should try this place.
We had brunch here. It was divine. Good, hearty food in a cozy setting that took my back to my grandparents' farmhouse. We have two kids, and something about the setting and the delicious food put everyone in a happy mood to create some quality family time. We plan to be frequent customers. Service: 5

Small cozy spot with a small but slightly eclectic menu. Specialty drinks and live music available. Casual dining at its best. The breakfast is super delicious also and they have outdoor seating and host lots of small business type events and music in the warmer months.
