We arrived at 10:20 on a Saturday night and initially thought the restaurant was closed since we could see the staff cleaning inside. However, we were seated at the counter. The dining area was pristine. The interaction with the staff was excellent. A new employee was being trained to take our order, but they had support nearby, which was reassuring. Our food was promptly delivered to the counter. The chef who prepared our meal checked in with us twice to ensure everything was satisfactory. The staff appeared motivated and enjoyed their work while remaining focused on their responsibilities. It's definitely worth going out of your way to visit this place.
