My partner and I had lunch at this cafe on the river. A wonderful spot to sit and watch the afternoon go by. Unfortunately that was the only positive. Drinks were ordered and took far too long. When they arrived, one was not as ordered. It was taken away and I waited about 5 minutes before the correct one came! The first meal arrived with the second following around 4 minutes later. We have been to this Café several times for breakfast and it is the most beautiful spot and has so much potential, however the service here is appauling and management doesn't seem to care! Has been slowly going downhill over the last few years. Almost laughably poor service tonight. Certainly didn't match the prices. Below average food ( pizza and tapas type dishes) that our large group (20-30) waited well over an hour for with 4-5 reasonably large, progressive orders through the 3 hours we were there. The restaurant has been on a decline over the past few years. The service tonight was extremely poor and did not justify the high prices. Our large group (20-30 people) waited over an hour for below average food (pizza and tapas dishes) after placing multiple orders over the course of three hours. Another table of 8 also experienced a long wait for their meals, leading to growing frustration. When questioned about the delay, the wait staff denied any issue. Went here for a quick coffee and something small to eat. We both ordered a cuppicino with zymil milk and a plate of chips each. We both received a small cup of coffee and the chips were out of a frozen packet. We were totally disgusted when we went to pay. $29.40 for two coffees and 2 small bowls of chips. Chips were $17 for the two and the coffees were $9.60 plus an extra dollar each for the zymil bringing the 2 small cups to $11.60. They know how to not get their customers back. We will be warning others of the price and we will not be going back here. Totally very disappointed and degusted how they can charge that amount.

We got to the Cafe fairly early and ordered. The food was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. My wife had a Gluten Free Musseli Bowl which she liked, and I had Eggs Benedict with salmon, which was kind of average . The place filled up right after we got there. We ended up asking for our bill so that we could leave and free up another table.
